- Establish rapport with new customers and maintain with the existing one.
- Liaise with Head of Unit and management on sales strategy.
- Identify potential clients & conduct business presentations.
- Secure sales from existing and new customers and achieve pre-set sales targets
- Conduct sales/site visit at client location, whenever required.
- Meet and exceed business targets.
- Identify potential opportunities and develop the business.
- Generate new sales leads, develop new sales opportunities, and grow existing accounts in the targeted sales territory.
- Work closely with the proposal to respond to bidding documents.
- Utilizes product knowledge to specifically call on specifying influences.
- Improve personal competency.
- Execute the company’s best policies and businesses as directed and other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering i.e., Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/ Computer or equivalent.
- 1 –2 years of working experience in related field.
- Ability to handle responsibility and complete task within schedule.
- Good leadership skills, able to manage multiple and changing priorities.
- Knowledge in programmable systems and related products.
- Willing to travel when required and able to work under pressure and meet project deadline.
- Must be proficient in English, oral and written.
- Must have excellent technical presentation skills.
- Must be a team player.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform site visit and produce comprehensive report.
- Produce site Execution Plan and schedule.
- Produce document for construction as listed in VDML.
- Review the construction and field drawing or drawing / documents prepared by consultant.
- Produce site HSE Document (work with HSE Unit) and involve with HSE engagement.
- Manage and plan the engagement for sub-contractors, manpower, rental of machine, tools, equipment.
- Plan and manage the manpower and equipment mob/demob.
- Involve in site installation and commissioning.
- Leadership in the planning and technical execution of projects and/or multiple synchronous projects,
- Technical leadership to other Engineers/Engineering Assistants (to train and advise new engineer) during project Life Cycle, assisting group members for technical solutions, tools, methods, work planning etc.
- Plan and manage engineering tasks to ensure smooth implementation of projects.
- Support Project Managers in Planning and managing the manpower and equipment mob/demob.
- Conduct project training for customers whenever needed.
- Where appropriate perform installation of equipment and system at site such as site installation and commissioning, recording as-build, site acceptance tests and start-up assistance.
- Monitor projects’ progress and update status to assist PM.
- Create an effective working relationship with customers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Contribute to Knowledge sharing and lesson learnt for department development.
- Improve Competency and skill.
- Execute the company’s best policies and business as directed and other duties assigned by your Superior.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics/ Mechanical/ Instrumentation/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in Wellhead Control Panel (WHCP) or Instrumentation and must have solid technical background.
- Ability to handle responsibility and complete projects within schedule.
- Willing to travel when required and able to work under pressure and meet project deadline.
- Must be proficient in English, oral and written.
- Must have excellent technical presentation skills.
- Must be a team player.
