Engineer – Project

What You Will Be Doing
- Plan and coordinate project execution to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery
- Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate procurement activities including sourcing, evaluation, and purchasing in line with project specifications, budget, and timeline
- Prepare, review, and update technical drawings (e.g., cabinet layouts, general arrangements, schematics) to ensure alignment with project and client requirements
- Coordinate and oversee Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) to ensure systems and equipment meet specifications
- Monitor project progress, update reports, and support the Project Manager in ensuring successful delivery
- Carry out site activities including installation, commissioning, as-built documentation, Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and start-up support
- Maintain effective working relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and contributing to team development
What We Are looking For
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering or equivalent)
- 1โ3 years of experience in proposal and costing preparation, preferably in the oil & gas industry
- Strong knowledge of programmable systems, PLC panels, and system drawings

Engineer โ Proposal
Job Location: Headquarters
What You Will Be Doing
- Review and understand project technical specification and requirements.
- Responsible for project documents preparation, revision and submissions.
- Liaise with customer for technical clarifications.
- Manage project cost control.
- Source and liaise with suppliers for procurement.
- Support sales and work closely with relevant department for project execution.
- Ensure commercial, technical and logistics are analyzed and agreed.
- Clear understanding of work scope and best estimation with respect to execution of project.
- Coordinates the preparation and submission of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other tender documents that are responsive to client requirements and in compliance with company objectives are completed in timely manner.
- Coordinates with Proposals Manager to finalize the assumptions and exclusions to be included in the Proposal.
- Fulfill the duties of Senior Engineer, Proposal as and when required.

Executive – Logistic

What You Will Be Doing
- Manage all material delivery activities of outbound deliveries for Trisystems Group project and trading schedules.
- Arrange cargo collection for all outbound shipments by courier.
- Coordinate shipments and manage documentation to prevent delays and storage issues.
- Scan, Record, Report, File and Index all shipping documents and ensure all materials have been delivered and sales order has been closed in SAP.
- Analyze forwarder and courier performance, and communicate to them feedback demanding delivery process improvements.
- Update insurance table for all outbound shipments and forward it to marine insurance provider on the first week of the following month.
- Ensure that delivery process is followed and executed as specified in SCM Standard Operating Procedures and continuously strive to propose improvements in existing procedures.
- Submit all reports on performed tasks on weekly/monthly basis.

What You Will Be Doing
- Fabricate panel frames and assemble internal components according to drawings and specifications.
