Primary Responsibilities

Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Engineering background.
- Knowledge in CAD software.
- Good ability to perform drafting, to deliver accurately, legibly and interpret drawings.
- Good knowledge of office methods and procedures including technical drawing standards, drawing filing and record keeping.
- Profound knowledge and ability to apply drafting methods and principles.
- Thorough knowledge of drawing standards, tools methods and materials used.
- Good ability to conduct and/or coordinate major design/drafting task and work cooperatively with engineers/ drafting sub-contractors.
Personal Assistant
Job Location: HQ, Shah Alam, Selangor, MY
Primary Responsibilities
- Update appointments, meetings, and monthly progress report presentation for HOD.
- Manage travel arrangements and submission of claims for the HOD.
- Implement company policies and execute business directives, including handling letters of appointment or letter for future collaborations.
- Handle additional duties assigned by the superior, such as filing and updating documents in SharePoint.
- Manage and maintain records and reports of department staff movements.
- Take initiative in improving work processes.

Engineer – Proposal
Job Location: HQ Shah Alam, Selangor, MY
Primary Responsibilities
- Review and understand project technical specification and requirements.
- Responsible for project documents preparation, revision and submissions.
- Liaise with customer for technical clarifications.
- Manage project cost control.
- Source and liaise with suppliers for procurement.
- Support sales and work closely with relevant department for project execution.
- Ensure commercial, technical and logistics are analyzed and agreed.
- Clear understanding of work scope and best estimation with respect to execution of project.

Technician
Job Location: HQ Shah Alam, Selangor, MY
Primary Responsibilities
- Fabricate the frame and internal elements of panels or cabinets, ensuring all components are securely attached and wiring routes are systematically arranged and clearly labeled according to drawings.
- Perform panel wiring and terminations
- Assist in conducting continuity checks, loop checks, internal tests, functional tests, and punch list clearance.
- Ensure panel assembly and terminations meet safety standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to panel fabrication or terminations.
- Collaborate with the project team to enhance system or marshaling cabinet performance.
- Maintain a tidy and safe working environment, complying with health and safety standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance to prevent tool and equipment failures.
Requirements
- Qualified wireman (PW1/PW3) certified by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Primary Responsibilities

- Liaise with customers to ensure smooth execution of the service works carried out. Also, to provide solutions and response to customer complaints and feedback.

- Provide assistance and support to staff to ensure smooth operation.
- Customer calls, site visits/works, presentations, technical evaluations, technical objection handling and follow up on all related customer issues.

Warehouse Assistant
Job Location: HQ Shah Alam, Selangor, MY
Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible to handle materials and maintain all records required for all subsidiaries of Trisystems Group for trading and project business activities at warehouse;
- Help with receiving materials.
- Assist in picking materials from the warehouse.
- Assist in stacking and packing products for delivery.
- Manage staging arrangements and bookings for FATs.
- Receive, inspect, arrange, and store materials.
- Pick, organize, pack, and label materials for delivery.
- Record and update excess materials in an Excel file.
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent qualification.
- Familiar with material receiving, storage, inspection, controlling, packing and delivery.
- Understanding of legal duties and responsibilities of receiving materials and documentation.
- Knowledge of inventory โStock Cardโ creation and control system.
