Primary Responsibilities

• Enter and key in accurate data in SAP Accounting Software.
• Prepare accurate, complete and timely invoicing to client, follow up and take action on the overdue payment.
• Perform complete document checking of incoming materials and prepare timely payment to suppliers/staffs.
• Assist to perform balances reconciliation inclusive of bank statement, fixed deposits statement, trade facilities statement and stocks
• Assist to update acquisition, depreciation, write off/disposal of fixed asset in the fixed asset register.
• Prepare payment for monthly recurring expenses.
• Liaise with company’s secretary, auditors, bankers and other relevant authorities.
• Maintain correct chart of accounts in the SAP Accounting Software.
• Archive and maintain proper records and filing for easy retrieval.

Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 1-2 years of working experience in related fields.
• Good interpersonal skills with strong attention to details, self-starter, proactive and possess and alert, inquiring mind.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and SAP software.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
• Self-motivated, proactive and with positive working attitudes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Review and understand project technical specification and requirements.
• Responsible for project documents preparation, revision and submissions.
• Liaise with customer for technical clarifications.
• Manage project cost control.
• Source and liaise with suppliers for procurement.
• Support sales and work closely with relevant department for project execution.
• Ensure commercial, technical and logistics are analyzed and agreed.
• Clear understanding of work scope and best estimation with respect to execution of project.
• Coordinates the preparation and submission of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other tender documents that are responsive to client requirements and in compliance with company objectives are completed in timely manner.
• Coordinates with Proposals Manager to finalize the assumptions and exclusions to be included in the Proposal.
• Fulfill the duties of Engineer, Proposal as and when required.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer or equivalent.
• 1 – 3 years of experience in proposal and costing preparation, preferably in oil and gas industry.
• Expert knowledge in PLC panel, systems drawings.
• Good interpersonal skills with strong attention to details, self – starter, proactive and possess and alert, inquiring mind.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good in Microsoft Office suits, fluent in spoken and written of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Able to work independently and as a team player.

• Establish rapport with new customers and maintain with the existing one.
• Identify potential clients & conduct business presentations.
• Secure sales from existing and new customers and achieve preset sales targets.
• Conduct sales/site visit at client location, whenever required.
• Meet and exceed business targets.
• Generate new sales leads, develop new sales opportunities, and grow existing accounts in existing and new install base.
• Work closely with the proposal to respond to bidding documents.
• Utilizes excellent product knowledge to specifically call on specifying influences.
• Identifying potential opportunities and develop the business.
• Improve personal competency.
• Execute the company’s best policies and businesses as directed and other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering i.e. Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Computer or equivalent.
• (3) to (5) years’ experience in related field with at least 2 years in an engineering support service role for oil & gas company.
• Ability to handle responsibility and complete task within schedule.
• Good leadership skills, able to manage multiple and changing priorities.
• Knowledge in programmable systems and related products.
• Willing to travel when required and able to work under pressure and meet project deadline
• Must be proficient in English, oral and written.
• Must have excellent technical presentation skills.
• Must be a team player.
• Sarawakian candidate is preferred.
